The most successful third-year students of Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering at University of Banja Luka visited the business zone "Lipova Greda" to mark the start of work on the preliminary design of the regulatory plan for the remaining 46 acres of land intended for construction of the second part of the business zone.Location for which Regulatory Plan will be done is located across the existing business zone. This kind of cooperation was launched at the initiative of the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering and on the basis of their previous practice through cooperation with municipalities to enable students to do one aspect of practice. "Municipality Kozarska Dubica circumstantially had space for this kind of cooperation since the establishment of the second phase of the business zone has not yet come to life, and that for the second part of the complex for the purpose of this regulation does not have a plan," explained Milos Cibić, Head of Municipality Planning and Housing Department, adding that the municipality in this way is to get free and quality solution, considering that in its preparation included a complete team of people from the profession. He explained that a working groups will be formed and out of several solutions made, the best will be chosen. Regulatory Plan preparation will take three months.
