1 Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining of RS annually issues a public call for the encouragement of exports.

Allocation of funds is done on the basis of rankings of economic entities - the applicants. The total amount of subsidies in 2011 was 15 million KM.

2 Fund for support of foreign investors (BH)

Budget of 2 million KM per year to finance the production, research and development projects.

3 Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining of RS annually issues a public call for funds based on subsidizing commercial entities in the field of textiles, leather and footwear.

Funding grants are awarded to business entities in the amount of 50 KM per worker employed in this sector for each month.

4 Employment Program for young employers under 30 years of age with high school, college and university diplomas and residents of the Republic of Srpska.

Ministry of Family, Youth and Sport each year for the purposes of this Program allocated funds amounting to 2 million KM.

5 Employment Service of the Republic of Srpska implemented the project "FIRST JOB" - with the aim of hiring interns with university degrees.

The total value of this project is 15 million. With this project Government of the Republic of Srpska co-funds salary for trainees in the percentage of 60%.

6 Fund for Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities.

There are cash incentives provided for businesses hiring persons with disabilities.
